    You need to have a copy of your national ID/valid passport and proof of residence.

  2. How long does it take for one to get a loan?

    When the required documents are in place, it should take less than a week to get a loan.

  3. What is the maximum that a first time borrower can get from Thrive?

    For all microenterprise loans, a first time borrower can get a maximum of $1,000. For all micro-housing loans, the maximum that any borrower can get is $3000. For school fees loan, the loan amount is determined by the invoice from the school.

  4. How long is the repayment time?

    All microenterprise loans can be repaid at flexible instalment not exceeding 12 month. Micro-housing loans and be paid over a maximum period of 36 months and school fees loan can be paid over 4 months.

  5. Do you give start up loan?

    Thrive does not give start up loans.

  6. What security is needed?

    Thrive offers group loans were members co-guarantee each other. If one member fails to repay, other members are obliged to repay for her. Thrive also offers individual loan. When taking an individual loan, one is required to have a third party guarantor who is obliged to pay the loan if the borrower fails to repay. Current payslip, 3 months bank statement, copy of ID and proof of residence is required from the guarantor.
